Founded in 2014, Yuva Kaushal Vikas Mandal began with a simple vision—to support rural communities with opportunities for growth, dignity, and self-reliance. What started as a small community-driven initiative gradually evolved into an organization working across multiple areas of social development, including education, women empowerment, health awareness, and sustainable livelihoods.
